Bijou

The staff and owners are friendly and accommodating, which made our stay feel easy. It’s a family owned hotel right on the beach, with water activities available. We enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, with lots of options, and the eggy bread at breakfast was delicious. I had such a good time here last year that I’m going back this summer. I’d recommend it for a getaway with a partner, friends or family.

The sea view is nice, the internet is fast, and there’s good entertainment nearby. The food wasn’t especially memorable.

The internet barely worked, so getting any work done was impossible, and the customer service was horrendous. The staff seemed not to care about guests at all. I also found the European visitors low class and thought their attitude was stupid. The place felt like a cheap foreign hostel, and the whole stay was a nightmare. I’d never stay here again or recommend it. Find somewhere else.

The rooftop pool area is nice, and the beach is about 100 metres away. The rooms are generally good and very clean, though some of the beds are terrible. Service is decent, but most of the staff don’t speak English, which can lead to misunderstandings.
