The check-in staff were very friendly, and the price wasn't too high, but the stay fell short of our expectations. The location felt disastrous: it's in the city center, yet the view and neighboring area were terrifying. Inside, the room and facilities seemed close to collapse, and the air conditioner couldn't be controlled. The hotel needs a lot of repairs and improvement.

We stayed one night, and the staff were friendly, helped with our luggage, and let us check in early. The apartment was cozy and very clean, including the bathroom, which matters a lot to me. The city center is easy to reach, and there's a bus station nearby. A good restaurant serving traditional Bulgarian cuisine is close by, along with lots of small shops. My family was very satisfied. I recommend it!

The facility is spacious, about 15 minutes from the center and near the train station. It could be a decent place if it were clean. We arrived at the apartment between 22:00 and 23:00, and the previous guest's used towel was still hanging in the bathroom, with their soap on the sink. The bedroom was no better: the mattress had no cover, and the blanket and pillowcases were dirty. The floor hadn't been cleaned and the trash was still there. After a terrible train ride, we had to hunt for clean things to cover the mattress and clean towels. Luckily, there were some in the closet. We were desperate, so we covered the mattress and slept with no pillow or blanket. I tried the reception the next day, but nobody was there. I gave them three chances, and each time the door was locked. I left a message and got a response. They offered only a 50% discount for next year at the same location, which I told them was completely unfair when we had paid for this kind of service. Even after I contacted them at 17.00, they replied some hours later and didn't offer to bring clean pillowcases or linen. They insisted they had been at reception.

The room was very nice and clean, and the hot water was excellent. It's close to transport and a 20-minute walk from the city. The pictures show the view from my window.
