Riviera Fort Complex

The rooms are decent for the price, and I really like the location.

Simply the best.

We booked a studio and a double room for two couples, one traveling with a small child. We'd agreed in advance that the rooms would be in the renovated section, on the second and third floors. The photos we received before booking gave a very different impression from what we found. The double room hadn't been renovated, and the studio was just a narrow room with a small hallway containing a sink and cupboard. Both rooms smelled unpleasant, the bathroom was extremely cramped, and cleanliness was very poor. Neither room matched what had been shown or promised. We had paid a deposit beforehand, but they refused to return it even though the agreed terms hadn't been met. We left disappointed and wouldn't recommend the hotel.

I don't recommend it. The toilet smell was awful 😡😡. There’s plenty of internet, but no staff in the room. The receptionist was very rude and didn't know how to treat people. There are only five chairs, so at least ten people were left standing around the table. There’s no elevator either.
