The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out, and the staff are kind and helpful. Vili, the receptionist we met, was especially lovely, always smiling and so friendly. Six stars for Vili! Thanks, everyone, keep it up ❤️

Breakfast was okay, and the room was good apart from the toilet area. It needs a shower curtain and a bath mat.

The restaurant outside the hotel was awesome, with really good food and rakija. Breakfast was good too, served in a lovely, cozy space, and they make very nice coffee. The hotel is clean and about a ten-minute walk from the city center. There’s free street parking, and you can usually find a space along the road.

We loved how peaceful the location was. After busy days exploring beautiful Ruse, it was easy to unwind, while downtown was still conveniently close. Our three-night family stay at City House Hotel & Restaurant in Ruse was a delight from arrival, when the kind, caring staff greeted us so warmly and professionally. The hotel felt cozy and homey, and was impeccably clean. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the on-site restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food, plenty of choice, and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was a treat each morning. Street parking was easy too, which made coming and going with our cars stress-free. City House Hotel & Restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service, comfort, and attention to detail made the trip memorable. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers.

Really good place, and most of the great local spots are only a short trip away. I recommend it.
