In January we stayed in a room for two, and it was still cold when we arrived even though the owners knew we were coming. The bathroom had no heat and was freezing, and the hot water only lasted a little while in the morning. We were left with just half a roll of toilet paper. We also weren't registered as guests and weren't given any financial document for the night. I can't recommend it.

We parked on the street right outside Guest House "Bonbon" without any trouble. It was quiet and clean, and the location made it easy to reach central Panagyurishte and the tourist sights. The hostess was kind and pointed us toward places to visit and good spots to eat.

The room was clean, and the hostess was very kind and willing to help with anything. They change the bed linen and towels if you ask. A very good stay.

We liked the friendly owners and the relaxed feel of the place. It was clean, in a great spot, and had an artistic interior. Pets are welcome too.

A quiet place in a very good location, with a kind host. For the price and quality, I don't think it can be beaten.
