A modern, elegant three-star guesthouse within Yalta Complex in Ruse. The service and cleanliness were excellent, access felt secure, and the rooms had air conditioning. It was very quiet on the side facing the inside of the complex. There are beach volleyball courts and artificial-grass soccer fields. Near reception, there’s a kitchenette with a bar fridge and microwave. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with wheelchair access and mobility-friendly showers. Kaufland, BILLA and Praktiker are about 300m away on foot. The Migration Office of the Ministry of Interior Affairs at the roundabout, the main roundabout in Ruse, is 700m away. It’s excellent value for a modern three-star stay in Ruse, Bulgaria, with Bucharest International Airport Otopeni (OTP) about a one-hour taxi ride away.

A very nice owner, who understands English well enough, and clean rooms with free Wi-Fi made this a great low-cost place to shower and rest after a long trip. It was absolutely great for one night. There’s free parking, but it’s public. The owner said it was monitored, though I don’t know whether that’s true.

The host and owner was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean but basic and sober, and the beds were hard. There’s a small room with a kettle, coffee and a few basic things. The location is fine, about 15-30 min on foot from the center and the railway and bus stations.

It’s a very affordable place to stay in Ruse, and everyone is super friendly. The beds are really comfortable, and the bathrooms are extremely clean. There’s a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator for your things, where you can make tea or coffee. Blagodarya!
