We've stayed with our family for several years and never had a problem, so I booked two rooms a month and a half ahead. Before leaving, I checked again that we'd be coming, and the person said it was fine. But when we arrived, one of the rooms had been given to someone else. It was extremely hot, and with Pirin Folk on and everything full, we had to search for somewhere available. If they had called, we could have worked things out. I won't stay with him again.

The location was a 5, and the administrator was fine. At 38°C the air conditioning was manageable. Our room and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the conditions are great for families. I recommend it.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the city center is just five minutes from the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the location convenient, with excellent value for money.

We come back as a family every year because it's a very good place to stay. The owner and staff are extremely good.

The room has its own fridge, toilet, and shower, and it's clean and tidy. There's also a shared kitchen with everything you need and a communal terrace that's nice for a cozy dinner.
