Otantik Shumen

The bed was super comfortable, and the room had all the little things we needed. I loved the unique furniture, it made me feel like a princess. We were right in the center, with easy parking, and the staff were kind and helpful. The place was spotless. Our balcony had an interesting view 🙂 The only small issue was the tap water pressure. I'm already recommending Otantik.

We had a really good stay and I'd choose this hotel again if I return. It's close to Shumen square and the restaurants, and when I arrived by car, an employee even helped me park for free. Our room was clean, and the staff helped with everything. They were friendly, and I felt safe staying here with my family. For the price, it's one of the best options in Shumen, with a luxurious feel and clean rooms. It's sad to see the negative comments when it's such good value. Thanks for everything!

The location is great, and parking was no trouble. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are kind and always ready to help. I won't look for another hotel as long as they have a room free.

There was lovely furniture all around, even in the corridors, and the mirrors were beautiful. The staff were great too. I lost my car keys, and they looked after my bags while I searched and even ordered me a taxi.
