Most things were nice, but the carpeted floors in every room bothered me. Walking around kicked dust up everywhere, so the rooms didn’t feel clean.

At the pool, kids staying at the hotel were running wild, jumping in and splashing water on everyone. The person collecting the entrance fee stopped paying attention as soon as we’d paid. Parasols were flying around while he stayed busy on his phone. Customer service was basically nonexistent. From outside, the hotel looks ugly, like it was designed by an architect from the communist era.

I only wanted to ask for a coffee, but when I went inside there was nobody around and the receptionist acted like I was bothering him. After I had my coffee on the terrace so I could smoke, the staff locked the door back into the hotel. Luckily, I spotted the stairs and managed to get out. Never going in there again!

The studio was large and modern, but it was very dirty, with lots of leftovers from previous visitors that the cleaning staff somehow missed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

A comfortable, good hotel, and generally an ideal place if you have sports activities.
