We had a room with a separate room, a kitchen, and a balcony. Our son slept in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and eating out on the balcony was really enjoyable. There’s a pool and gym at the facility, and we had no trouble parking outside in the free lot. A very nice place. I’d definitely stay here again if I came back.

We stayed for seven days. The room was large and clean, and the cleaners came once; everything was fine with that. Shops and a tram are nearby if you want to go into the city center. We booked because of the pool, but it turned out to be impossible to use. The sauna and pool photos didn’t match what we found: the sauna benches were broken, and there was a strong chlorine smell. We also tried to arrange a massage. At the start of the stay, the receptionist by the pool said we had to book an hour ahead. When we came back to book, two or three hours in advance, we were told it wasn’t possible that day. You can stay in these apartments, but the pool was the reason we chose them and we couldn’t visit it.

The restaurant menu is limited, though it’s more than adequate if you’d rather not head out for food. The hotel was well located for what we needed, and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. The staff really go out of their way to help with requests. We only stayed one night, but we’ll definitely use it again on our next trip to Sofia. Stayed May 2013, travelled with family.

Just a few meters across from Bulgaria Mall, with its many shops, supermarket, and cheap fast food, the hotel is excellent. Our very clean, luxurious apartment was large, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. It was fully equipped.

Everything in the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. There’s a very good spa center at the back with a big swimming pool, plus convenient underground parking.
