This isn't a big resort with a pool or gym, and the lobby and dining room are both fairly small. Still, it's good value for sleeping comfortably near the center. You're close to the pedestrian street but far enough away to have a quiet setting. The rooms feel modern and tidy, breakfast was above average for a typical European hotel in my opinion, and the staff were excellent.

The front desk was especially helpful, sorting out taxis, private drivers, tours, restaurant bookings and suggestions. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast had a good range of food. The hotel is central, within a short walk of monuments, shops, restaurants and public transport. Tour pickups can come here too. One small annoyance was the shower door letting water onto the floor, so we had to aim the shower head carefully. It wasn't a big deal, and we'd stay here again when we return to Sofia.

Right in the city center, with a very good breakfast and warm, kind service from the friendly staff. A real little gem, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to the kind, helpful staff. The room and breakfast area were clean, and breakfast had lots to choose from, both savory and sweet. We arrived before check-in, but could leave our luggage there until our room was ready. The hotel is just a few steps from Vitosha boulevard, which was very convenient.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety. The hotel's close to the center and other places around the city, which worked well. The rooms are small, about 18 square meters, and there's nowhere in the shower to put toiletries or makeup. The air conditioning failed on our first night, and we couldn't sleep.
