Best family appartment 58

I booked for two adults and a child through booking, based on the decent photos in the ad. We got there at 9 pm, and when I called the number provided, they said the reservation had been changed and sent us somewhere else. It was a complete rip-off. I called back to ask why nobody had told me beforehand and why the photos didn’t match the place. The person I spoke to was rude and arrogant. By 10 pm, we were out in the rain trying to find somewhere to sleep. DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE OR WASTE YOUR TIME!

Room 18 was a miserable stay. The chair had a large hole, the sheets were torn and stained, and one of the beds was broken. The terrace door was broken, too. There was no trash can, and neither the air conditioner nor the stove worked. The kitchen and walls were dirty, and the wardrobe had just one hanger, which was broken. Don't make the mistake of booking here!!!!

Our booking.com reservation was confirmed, and we arrived tired from the trip with our small children, ready to check in. I called the host, who said the rooms were occupied and there was nothing else available. When I asked why, he started yelling and insulting us, then hung up. A disgusting place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I let them know I was coming, but nobody picked up when I called. After trying again and again by phone and text, I still couldn't reach them, so I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
