The morning host was a real help, printing the final document I needed for my Morocco visa application. The evening host the day before also took care of my room preference and made sure I was comfortable. The staff were welcoming throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with hot water, a TV, and plenty of clean towels. Parking is available nearby for an extra charge. The Hotel California location worked well for me, between restaurants and public transport, and within walking distance of the American, Chinese, and Moroccan embassies. It felt like a home away from home, and I'd gladly stay again.

I found the room cozy and quiet, and the location was convenient. Hotel California was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with friendly staff who were ready to help. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

The bed was perfect, and the quiet setting made for a good night's sleep. It's in the residential Lozenets area, and there's no breakfast option. A friendly, helpful receptionist spoke English. Parking is on a nearby lot about 5 mins away. The room felt cramped because a useless fridge was placed so that the couch couldn't be used.

We booked a studio for one night at an okay price, and for that short stay it was just about all right. But the bathroom was disgusting: the bathtub hadn't been cleaned, the jets and drain looked like they'd never had a deep clean, and there were poop stains in the toilet. The furniture was old too, and the chairs had dark stains. If I'd needed to shower and stay longer, I honestly wouldn't have known what to do.

It's a cozy hotel in a quiet area, and the price was great for what you get. The place is a bit dated, but everything worked perfectly and the rooms were spotless. Service was excellent.
