Getting around was easy, with a bus and tram stop nearby and a metro station a short distance away that connects conveniently to central Sofia. The guest apartment was extremely clean, had all the facilities we needed, and was good value in a very handy location. The staff were helpful, accommodating, and pleasant, which made our stay even better. I’d gladly recommend it to visitors and stay here again.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly by the employee, and there was old shampoo on the floor. I also found what seemed to be some animals in the bathroom, and the tub was broken. There was no breakfast. The hotel was very dirty.

A very nice reception team, and the photos show the hotel as it really is. The rooms were clean and renovated. It’s a good 2-star hotel, right in front of the railway station, making it easy to get to the centre and the rest of the city. Recommended! 👍

Really clean little apartments, with great staff and an awesome price. The centre is just a five-minute tram ride away.

I was there with my family on Sunday and tried calling them on Viber several times, but nobody answered.
