We were coming back from a trip late at night and suddenly had no transport, so we urgently needed somewhere to sleep near the Central Bus Station. They let us in right away despite the late hour. The hosts were attentive, and the rooms were clean with private bathrooms. I loved it.

The location is hard to beat. From Sofia airport, you can take M4, change to M2 at Serdica, and get to Sofia Central Bus Station. Guest Rooms Kom is just a five-minute walk from there. If you arrive by bus or train, it’s an easy walk with your luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I booked this thinking it had 24-hour reception and luggage storage, since that’s what Booking.com said, and I needed a place for a late-night bus. When I checked with the property, I found out luggage storage cost extra and there was no 24-hour reception. I asked to cancel and get a refund because the information on Booking.com was inaccurate. After I requested cancellation, the property stopped replying in the chat. They also didn’t respond to emails or messages from Booking customer service.

For such a low price, I really didn’t expect the place to be this clean. It was cleaner than some four-star hotels I’ve seen. The lady was very kind and friendly too. Definitely recommend!

If all you need is a room to rest, this is a great choice. It’s close to the metro and the train and bus stations, which is why I’d pick it.
