What stood out most was how the staff and management treated us. Everyone was attentive, professional, and consistently kind. When a small issue came up on the hotel's side, management handled it right away, arranged a thoughtful alternative, and went well beyond what we'd expected to make us feel valued and looked after. The rooms at Hilton Sofia are spacious, cozy, stylish, and comfortable, and the spa was excellent, especially its staff. We had a wonderful stay and left genuinely impressed. We'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia.

The lounge is lovely, and the service was polite and friendly. We stayed several days over New Years and booked dinner for the 31st. The food was great. There are some new amenities, including a sauna, and they're very clean. The gym is better than most Hiltons, with good Technogym equipment. It has some odd machine choices, more cardio and limited strength options, but for a hotel it's perfect. One of the best hotels in the area.

I was here for a conference and found Hilton a safe choice for a comfortable, worry-free city stay. It isn't especially luxurious, so don't expect that, but it offers Hilton's usual reliability and quality. There are a few minor shortcomings.

A great area for a walk, with green parks and plenty of restaurants nearby. Vithosha Street is about a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The rooms are fairly standard, not like those at other luxury Hiltons.

The lounge is generous with food and drinks, which made for a relaxing stay. By my third visit, the lounge staff had noticeably improved. Reception and concierge still feel too casual rather than professional, though. I've been back three times this year as a Diamond member because the newly renovated Hilton Sofia is so memorable. The design is beautiful in the garden, lounge, and rooms, and the beds are extremely comfortable. General Manager Stephan Reiter gives excellent recognition.
