The mountain view was a lovely part of the stay, especially in clear weather. Inside, the hotel is modern and clean, all on one floor, even though the building looks pretty ordinary from outside. Each room has a piece of art and its title on the door, which gives the place a personal, creative feel. The location isn't right in central Sofia, but there's a bus station just beneath the hotel for getting into town. Staff were warm and helpful, and the room had a coffee machine, free tea, and two bottles of water. Minibar items cost extra. A cozy, comfortable place with more character than a standard chain hotel.

Whenever I'm in Sofia, this is the hotel I pick. It's on the third floor of an office building, with reception open around the clock. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have everything you need.

April 2023. Some rooms aren't restful at all: there's a fitness center on the floor below, and people drop the weights instead of lowering them gently. It's more than ordinary noise, sometimes the room even seems to vibrate. The rooms themselves are nice. Breakfast has to be chosen each day, so you can't really switch things around in the morning.

No terrace or restaurant, and breakfast and parking both cost extra. The doors to the rooms are really nice. And if you're wondering about sleeping in a mall, that's the setting.

Handy for a day or two, especially if you're driving: there are plenty of parking options. The room is big and has all the facilities.
