The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and fresh. It’s close to S.park and Paradise Mall, with the metro nearby. There’s no breakfast option, though. Still, a perfect hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is decent, which makes it a shame that some guests treat it like a place to party in their rooms. It’s happened more than once. Some people also ignore the non-smoking policy. If you’re in your 20s and looking to party, it may suit you, but I wouldn’t recommend it to professionals or families wanting somewhere quiet and standard.

Small and pleasant, this hotel is a short distance from the city center. My room was tidy, well laid out, and not noisy. The staff helped with any information I needed. We also had coffee and breakfast at the nearby Calipso cafe bar, right next door, and they serve lunch and dinner too.

I booked in on the spur of the moment and the room turned out better than I expected. It was warm and comfortable, with floor heating.

For the price, you get a lot. The service and customer care were great, and both the hotel and restaurant in Sofia were a pleasure. I really think it should be at least a 4 star hotel. Highly recommend.
