Hotel Complex Romantic

We've stayed here for one night each summer for three years running, and I really like how quiet and family-like this small hotel feels. It's not fancy, but it's welcoming and has everything we need. The staff are friendly, and I've never seen a hotel kept this clean. They take care of everything. In summer, all the greenery around makes the place feel especially refreshing. I'd strongly recommend it for couples or families.

The breakfast choice was huge, especially for such a small hotel. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well equipped, and the view over Sofia was amazing.

It's in a quiet part of Sofia near the mountain, with walks and bike rides close by. We've stayed twice, and it gets better each time. This family-run place has clean, comfortable rooms, great local food in the restaurant, and genuinely helpful, friendly people.

We only stayed one night before heading back to Belgium, and a room issue was sorted out straight away. Breakfast normally starts at 7, but they had no problem moving it to 6:30 so we could catch our flight. I don't care for carpet in a room, though it wasn't a problem here. It's certainly worth recommending, and the location should work well for anyone wanting to walk in the mountains.
