We were welcomed with our puppy and had no problems. Reception is open 24 hours, and the prices are really, really good. The hotel is cozy despite being on the old ring road, opposite the traffic light for Ovcha Kupel 2. Rooms face Suhodol district, with no road noise at all. The beds have soft, comfortable mattresses, and the cleanliness is perfect, the sort where you could easily have dinner in the bathroom. Very nice, very clean hotel. WELL DONE 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 We'll definitely visit again, highly recommended!

We booked three rooms with two beds each, but every room had just one bed, so we had to share. They wouldn't even give us a discount, and charged full price for really bad service. The receptionist didn't understand English, couldn't use his computer, and didn't bring us extra sheets for the beds. The hotel smells bad. I'll never come here again!

The corridors smelled of grilled meat, while our room reeked of cigarettes and urine. There was a half-smoked cigarette in the bedside table drawer and half-flushed poo in the toilet. The whole hotel smells quite bad. I'd strongly recommend avoiding it.

The staff don't speak any foreign languages. If the cigarette smell doesn't bother you, the place is okay for one night.
