Niki Apart

The location was excellent, and communication with our host was perfect. I stayed for a week with friends, and we all had a great time. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, tastefully furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay again.

Nik was very kind and shared tips and suggestions. Nik’s Apartment is right in the center and had everything we needed, including cold water, wine, and really good coffee. A wonderful stay.

What made Niki's apartment stand out for me was how peaceful and cool it stayed. Even with the heatwave outside hitting 40 degrees Celsius, it felt like a haven. After a day out, the quiet courtyard view was a lovely break from the city. Getting in was easy too, just a code and a couple of steps to the first floor, which was welcome when tired. I’ve stayed in more than 20 highly rated apartments around NDK and Vitosha Boulevard, so I know my way around booking places in Sofia. They’ve all been comfortable and well located, but this one is now my favorite. The high ceilings made it feel airy and spacious, and the coffee was the best I’ve had on any stay. It comes from a Saeco machine and was delicious. There’s also ‘Fake French’ a short walk away, serving what I think is the best French food in the city. As an admirer, I found it authentic enough to rival Nice bistros. And the price for this gem was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Niki had everything arranged before we arrived, making things seamless. My list of Sofia favorites is down to one, and we’ll be back soon.

We could reach NKD in just five minutes, which was a big plus for us. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room, right in the city center. Thick walls and windows looking onto a quiet courtyard meant we could sleep well.
