The location is great, close to transport links. Ugo made a real difference to the cleanliness rating: she changed our towels and dealt with our concerns with a smile, so five stars for cleanliness. I hadn’t thought of a shared kitchen as a bonus in a room, but it came in handy. Thank you.
Check-in gave us some trouble at first, but the staff helped us so well that everything went smoothly. They were welcoming and really nice. We had a very good experience, and it was absolutely worth it. I’d come back anytime. I’m really grateful for their hospitality and would definitely recommend it!
A nice place for locals to relax, with shopping, spots for drinks and food, and toys for kids 🧸 🔫.
It’s very dirty and unsafe for children. There’s no ramp leading to the building entrance.
The flat looked run down and poorly maintained in person, despite the okay-looking photos on the website. The furniture seemed like a job half done: the sofa was so old and disgusting it should have been thrown out years ago, the beds were extremely soft and could cause back pain, and the cheap pillows were low quality. The air conditioner blew dust. Cleaning was poor too, with dust, calcium deposits on the shower head, dirty crooked forks, and an empty coffee jar in the welcome pack. The room conditions made for a negative experience. Also, although the website lists contact hours as noon to 9 pm, reception is only open until 8. I’d look for another place, since there are much better options in this price range.
