Yubim Motel

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the stench. The bedsheets smelled of cigarettes, the beds were uncomfortable, and the mattresses felt like piles of blankets. When we complained that the AC wasn't working, nobody answered. My family and I stayed a while ago, and this was the worst motel I've ever been in. It needs renovating ASAP.

We arrived at 20:50, within the 20:00 to 21:00 arrival time I’d specified in our reservation for me, my husband, and our four-year-old son. Two customers at reception said they’d already been waiting an hour. I called the numbers from the booking and the ones on the door several times, but nobody picked up or called back, and still nobody came to reception. My son was tired and whining, so after half an hour I called a friend and went to her place. We never saw the room or checked in because there was no staff there. The other customers left after waiting an hour and a half. That’s no way to treat people. Extremely disappointed.

We arrived and nobody was there to check us in. Someone picked up the contact number listed on Booking, mumbled something, then ignored us, so we had to find somewhere else on the go. The location felt disgusting, scary, and unsafe. Total scam.

We'd booked one night, but the guy never turned up and just told us to wait. When we called again after 30 minutes, he said he couldn't help and we'd have to stay somewhere else. Then he blocked our numbers and kept our money. IT'S A SCAM!
