There are lots of pools and activities to choose from, so it's a great place for families. The whole resort was nice and clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Green Life Sozopol is right by the beach, with a great holiday setting. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

The parking is quite far away, and the rooms are a long walk from the lobby, but it's a really great place and I'd highly recommend it. There's a spot nearby with lovely pancakes and coffee in the morning.

The gardens are beautiful, the pools are clean, and the beach is great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they replaced our rusty clothes dryer right away. The restaurants were decent, with prices you can manage for a tourist spot. Still, the rooms don't feel as premium as advertised. Some furniture is old or broken, the mattress needs replacing, and the shower handle had been fixed with silicone. The place looks renovated, but it still feels like cheap luxury. I thought the price was a bit high for the quality.

It's a good place, but I'd skip the restaurant on site. There are plenty of beach options with better food and service for a lower price.

The room had old, cheap furniture and wasn't very clean. There was a wasp nest on the balcony, so I couldn't use it, and nest debris had fallen onto the floor, where there were ants. I could put up with that because the price was low. The bigger problem was the awful service and confusing organization. Parking was a 10-minute walk from the room, up and down the grounds. They give you a chip to pass through a revolving gate, which made me feel watched all the time. The cleaning staff kept banging on my door after I said I wanted to relax and didn't need cleaning. One of them even started unlocking it. Later, after going into the city, I parked by the restaurant to have dinner because the other lot was at the far end of the complex. I was told that parking there wasn't allowed. Reception called in the middle of my meal to say I owed 20 BGN (10 EUR) for parking more than an hour in an unauthorized spot. I said I'd pay and move the car the next day, and politely asked to finish dinner. They said it would be 20 BGN for every hour. I left my dinner and went to pay at the exit, where I learned they only accepted cash. I had none, and the attendant told me to find some quickly because I'd owe another 20 for every hour. Luckily I found an ATM and paid, but they still kept me waiting 20 minutes because “the system doesn’t work”. The stress from their unclear rules and systems was enough, so I cut my stay short without asking for a refund. They didn't try to convince me to stay or offer any money back. I'd have paid more just to get away from this “hospitable” place.
