The location at the end of Sozopol's old town peninsula was lovely and peaceful. There are about 6-8 rooms and an apartment, and we had a pleasant stay overall, though the facilities are far from new. The room smelled bad. The carpet was old and dirty, so it may have been the source. The air conditioner was also quite old and didn't cool quickly or efficiently. Downstairs, the front door had a problem with its fob keyless programming. It was very heavy and had no spring, which seemed like a serious risk for small children.

Our room had a little terrace, handy for laundry and a nice spot to relax during the day. The rooms are nicely decorated. This is a cute, small automatic hotel at the end of Sozopol's old town, about a 10 min walk from the old town entrance.

The location in the old town is great, though there's nowhere to park and load or unload the car, so we had to block the street. Construction next door meant there was noise at noon, and it would've been helpful to know about that in the apartment description. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed. We had an AC problem, but staff fixed it within hours after we contacted them. A shower curtain would keep water from splashing around the bathroom, and a floor mat would help because the tiles were really slippery. There aren't views from the apartment, but a few restaurants just actoss the apartment all have great views. If you don't mind missing a view and want a clean place, this works.

Our second-floor room faced the sea and had an excellent view. The host was excellent and very warm. The room was very clean, with a sea-facing balcony, plus tea and coffee, a refrigerator, and an iron.

Such a cute house on the cutest little street. It was very clean, and self check-in was super easy. The pillows were heaven ☁️. The lady running the place was so sweet and helpful. 💙🌊🐚🦤
