The service was horrible, among the worst I've experienced, especially for such a pricey place. Parking was 20 BGN a day, and there was no internet. During our 8-night stay, nobody cleaned the room and we weren't given extra sheets. When I asked, they said we couldn't have any. We only had two large towels, with no small ones for hands or face. The extra towels I requested arrived four days later, just one large and one small, which was all they had. There was no spare toilet paper beyond the roll on the hanger. The mattress was impossible to sleep on and felt like a danger to anyone's health. Hygiene was questionable, and we found two spiders and a couple of ants. Don't go there!

The complex has several pools and restaurants, and the location and facilities are good. But the sea-view apartment we booked wasn't available, and we were put in a basement room instead. It seemed like a common practice, showing a flagship apartment at booking and then placing guests wherever there's space. The room was kind of dirty, with stains on the walls and drapes and mold in the bathroom. The furniture was old and cheap. The toilet seat was broken, the mattress old and uncomfortable, and the sheets too narrow for it. There was no cleaning or toiletries during our four nights. Parking was about a five-minute walk away, overcrowded, and there might not be a free space. It was overpriced and not worth the money. The one good thing is that after I complained to the booking company, they offered me a 20% refund. The person managing the property had refused when I first requested it.
