The hotel’s restaurant served good meals, and its pool was pristine, adding to an enjoyable stay. It’s a family seaside hotel, only 300 meters from the beach, which was a major plus. The spacious, well decorated room had a mesmerizing view from the balcony, and check-in went smoothly thanks to the welcoming, professional staff. It met all my expectations and is perfect for families after a relaxing seaside retreat.

The beach is about a 7-8 minute walk away, with a free zone and several beach bars to choose from, including EXE beach bar. A taxi to Sozopol shouldn’t cost more than 20 BGN. One issue was a hornet invasion around the ground-floor rooms near the reception building, and I hope management deals with it soon. Housekeeping didn’t always change our towels when they cleaned, sometimes even when we’d put the label on the door. Still, the stay was good value for money. The hotel was comfortable, spacious, clean, and tidy, and the reception and restaurant management deserve credit for having friendly, kind staff available to help 24/7. During our all-inclusive stay, the meals were good quality, though there wasn’t much variety. There weren’t many vegan choices, but the salads were always on point. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were good, and water and coffee were always provided. The restaurant had plenty of tables for groups of six or more. We didn’t have children with us, but it seemed very child-friendly, with activities for kids throughout the day and evening. I noticed extra care for younger guests, which must make it an even better place for their parents.

I was here recently for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were comfortable, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The hotel has a stunning view in a peaceful area, a good spot to unwind after a busy day. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The pine tree forest beside Serena was a lovely bonus. We woke up every morning to birds chirping. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time: the room was impeccable, the staff were friendly, and the food exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
