New complex in St Vlas on the third line from the sea. It is located in proximity to the main part of The Dinevi Resort, in an area with excellent infrastructure and commercial facilities. The beach is 250 meters away and is a wide sandy beach with all the services and security. Like all other complexes within the Dinevi Resort OLYMP has a green garden, swimming pool, excellent restaurant, indoor and outdoor parking, small kids playing area. For accommodation - studios (only on the ground floor) and apartments (on 3-4 floors). The complex has its own 24h reception desk.

This complex has a lot going for it: the rooms are equipped with everything, it's superb, and the price is very good. But three serious problems got in the way. There isn't a normal hotel reception, just a kiosk like a newspaper stand. We had nowhere to leave our luggage except on the grass beside it, which was muddy and had ants, and didn't seem secure. There was no toilet to use either, unless you bought something at the hotel restaurant. Communication in English was a real struggle. Only one receptionist spoke it; with everyone else, we couldn't even manage by gestures and had to rely on translation apps, while they just said “Ruski.” For a tourism business, I found it embarrassing and unacceptable that staff couldn't manage basic phrases like check-out, open or closed, time, or water. Ants were also a major problem in the room. It was full of them, and they even got onto the bed. The pillows didn't look very clean to me, and their material seemed to have fleas, which made them seem old. It's a shame, because the complex has so much potential.

My kids and I stayed at this wonderful aparthotel in June and had an unforgettable time. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning. The restaurant was lovely and served tasty food, and Myroslav helped us with every question. We were completely happy with everything and will definitely come back. Thank you for the service.

The pool was very clean, and the room had enough space for two adults and children. Housekeeping took out the rubbish, topped up the supplies and changed the towels. The air conditioning worked really well once the staff explained how to use it. A few small things could be improved: the beds kept sliding apart when someone tried to lie between them, and the bathroom screen was mounted too high, so water got onto the floor outside the shower. A sponge and dish soap would have been handy too. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel :)

The restaurant on site was amazing. The room, though, took ages to get cleaned, and when it was, the cleaning was very superficial. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the bed was awful. It gave me terrible back ache for the whole trip. There weren't enough loungers, and the pool area felt cold because of the wind.
