Apart Hotel Excelsior Apartment

The garden is immaculate, and the apartments are in good shape. There’s also a well-kept bar by the pool, though I’d have preferred it without the music. The renting service could be friendlier. If I return to Sunny Beach, I might try somewhere else, since Nessebar is nearby and much more interesting.

We had a fantastic summer holiday here. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and the pool area was pleasant. The hotel is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also liked the hotel's kitchen, with good food at friendly prices. The service was kind and welcoming, especially our helpful host. We’d happily recommend the place.

The beach is only a minute away, which makes this a great spot. Our studio was huge, with a double bed and even a bathtub. It was clean, and the room was serviced every day. The pool sits among trees, which was the one downside for us. I’d recommend the place for its location.

We stayed in August 2021. There was no room signal at all, and the internet barely worked, only by the pool and after a lot of insistence. The listing also didn’t say that there would be no cleaning during the stay. We spent the first three days asking the owner for an iron; she finally brought one, but only after we called again because she’d forgotten. It wasn’t worth the price. Please avoid this hotel.
