The apartment wasn’t maintained, and the facilities were unreliable. When we arrived, the owner had said to come at 12:30, but only brought the keys after we’d waited two hours. The geyser didn’t work properly, so we had to use cold water. When we asked for a repair, he told us not to touch it, blocked my husband’s number, and never came to fix it. The lift broke within two days, a major problem because I was traveling with a disabled child and depended on it. The owner was rude when I raised it and blocked me on WhatsApp too. There was also a terrible smell whenever we bathed, and all the sinks, including the shower drain, were clogged. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to families or anyone with accessibility needs.

The balcony looked out over a wide street with little traffic and the hills. Inside, the apartment was modern and had everything we needed, and more. We stayed at Bratanov Sunny beach Plaza apartment and had a great time. The lady who welcomed us was kind, good at her job, and shared lots of useful information. Thanks!

I liked the beach and the hotels were very nice. The place was crowded, but there was lots to do. I also enjoyed Nessebar, a historic city with many activities. Hopefully I can make it back there in the future. 👍

The location is good, it was clean, and the facilities were decent. The price was reasonable too. The shower tray drained VERY slowly, and cable TV could use some instructions.
