Kaya Apartments

The location was good, but for this price I'd never stay again. There was nowhere to park, everything came with an extra charge, and the internet barely worked most of the time. The woman who was the “manager” was exceptionally rude and yelled at me and my kids for no reason. What a shame.

The apartment was exactly the one shown in the photos, spacious, and had two toilets, two aircons, two balconies, a micro, a fridge, and a washing machine. The staff were friendly and quick to help: when we reported a small problem with the shower door, it was fixed while we were out for an hour. Flower street is right in the middle of the action, with shops, food joints, a pharmacy and supermarkets in the building, and the beach just across the street. The balconies have fantastic sea views. There is noise to deal with, though. Music from the street is loud from early morning until midnight. Aircon lets you shut the doors and windows to sleep, but from 2:30 to 5:00 am very drunk, very loud British folk come to eat at the fast food joint right in front of the apt. You can buy earplugs at the pharmacy in the building, but it's still annoying. Even with that, I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

Our apartment was huge, with a spacious balcony facing Amigo bar, so disco music carried on until early morning. The bathrooms had a few dirty spots and could use more maintenance. Still, I'd rate the place very well for the money if you're after an apartment near the beach and nightlife. If you want peace and quiet, this area isn't for you.

The staff were excellent, polite, helpful, and professional. The apartment was big and clean, with a kitchen and everything you need, and the beach and Black Sea views were amazing. Right in the center of Sunny beach, there's everything you could need nearby, and it's great for the price.
