Calypso

The kids loved the basic but perfectly OK pool and enjoyed it every day. The hotel was clean everywhere, our room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Food was good for us, though I can see how someone might find it a bit monotonous. For a reasonable price, we had what we needed. I also liked that there wasn't any of that noisy, intrusive animation. A couple of small things could be better: the restaurant music could be quieter and more relaxing, and the baby chairs, or at least their trays, could be replaced. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The pool was very clean, and we enjoyed the good food and drinks. Staff were very friendly at the bar, reception, and restaurant. We'll definitely come back.

We only stayed one night before booking into another hotel. Both of us were bitten badly, even with the balcony door shut. The rooms were clean, but there was just one bar, outside, with a rottweiler serving. People were sitting in the first-floor area with beers, and for an all-inclusive stay that really didn't cut it. There was no indoor seating or bar, just cheap, uncomfortable plastic chairs outside, where we couldn't get out of the wind. No facilities and no entertainment.

Really clean rooms, and the service and food were great. See you next year 🤩
