Everything you need is nearby, and the beach is about 300 metres away. Booking early got us a fairly reasonable price for the week. Our room was clean, though the interior and finishes look around 20 years old and could use renovation.

The apartment rooms were spacious, with room for everything, and you can separate the beds into singles if you want. Reception service was spot on, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The fast-closing lift doors are heavy. We were travelling with a disabled person who got hit by them twice, so after that we used the stairs. Everything else was alright.

The price feels fair for what you get. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and I was very satisfied. There’s a supermarket, pool, restaurant, and fast food on site. The hotel is right in the center of Sunny Beach, just three minutes from the beach.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The cleaners never came, even though reception was asked most days. The air conditioning was broken, and the shower just trickled down the side of the wall. At checkout, the receptionist tried to keep our passports unless we paid 300 lev.

The staff gave good service for a low price, and every room has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The hotel’s a minute from the beach and near a bus station. La Cubanita beach bar, Cacao Beach Club, and Bedroom Beach Club are close by, making this a great spot for parties. It’s also a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. The restaurant is nice and inexpensive. Excellent hotel and location. Wish I was there right now.
