Flamingo Hotel Sunny Beach

I found the hotel very nice and quiet, though a couple of practical issues were frustrating. People left towels on sunbeds by the pool and then didn’t use them all day, making it hard to find a shaded spot. The hotel should address that. Parking cost 25 leva a day in August 2025, and the barrier needed a staff member with a remote each time. We had to leave the car on the road, ask someone to open the gate, then go back for the car, which was inconvenient and needs improving.

They paid attention to every request I made and made sure the stay was just right. A comfortable, pleasant place that I’d highly recommend.

The staff were professional, helpful, and polite, and the rooms were renovated and clean. We also loved the freshly made desserts. As a family with two little ones, aged 1 and 7, we had what we needed: a pool for us, a separate kids’ pool, and a play area beside it and the restaurant. It was easy to keep an eye on the children. The beach and shops were literally just outside the hotel. Meals were freshly prepared at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’d definitely come back next summer.

The cleaning ladies are very nice, but they often don’t get to our room while we’re at breakfast or afterwards. Our Wi-Fi is weak and keeps disconnecting, and the AC has been dripping for about a week. We called the plumber, but nothing was done. The techno music from the little pool bar plays all day, even into the rooms, so trying to nap after lunch or in the afternoon is impossible. It’s terribly annoying when people are here to relax. The pool closes around 8-9, and it would be much better if it stayed open longer.
