The good points were the balcony doors, which cut the outside noise well when shut, and the location, which is great if you’re okay with the busy nightlife sounds. The rest was awful. The closet was broken, and so was the AC. You couldn't set the temperature, and it would suddenly blow hot air. Receptionists were rude and rolled their eyes at us. Rooms weren't cleaned, only the trash was taken out, at random times, sometimes toward evening. We got fresh towels just once. The beds were poor, and one of the double beds was a pull-out couch. The fridges run all the time, but using them costs extra. Breakfast choices were poor too: with eggs and plain pasta noodles, they didn't even offer ketchup or mayo. And four people had to share one keycard.

The apartment felt like five-star quality, even in a three-star hotel. The manager and Krasimira gave especially attentive service and took care of everything we needed. A big thank you as well to the cleaning team. We’d gladly recommend the Briz beach to friends and family, and we’ll be back one day.

The restaurant staff were lovely, and the food was really good, with several vegetarian and vegan choices. We had a fantastic stay at Briz beach, just a stone's throw from the sea. The service was excellent and the cleaning was spot on. Even when we slept late, the cleaning lady came within 10 minutes of us putting out the sign. Can't recommend it enough. / Jonathan

The price was good, and we had a nice short stay. There are lots of restaurants nearby, plus a pharmacy, 24/24 supermarkets, and pubs. The beach right in front is nice but very expensive. I wouldn't choose all inclusive or any meals, since there are so many places to eat around. Our room was unexpectedly large for four, with a nice balcony, and the hotel is right on the beach. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. It's a great spot if you want to be in the middle of all the craziness, in the best way. Sunny beach resort was far too crowded, noisy, and overwhelming for my taste, though that's not the hotel's fault.

The location is right on the front, with the beach just steps away. Rooms were modern, clean, and well above average. We only stayed two nights, but the receptionist was one of the friendliest I've met in BG. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend it.
