Hotel Grenada 4 Cozy Modern Studio in Sunny Beach

The location is great, five minutes from the beach, and the food was tasty, though the selection was limited. But the staff were unfriendly, especially the hotel manager, who argued with guests. Hygiene in the room was very poor, and nobody came to clean or change the towels during our entire stay. I’ve never seen such a disaster in a hotel. The staff need changing and the hotel needs a complete renovation. It’s not a four-star place, and it isn’t worth paying so much.

The staff were consistently rude and angry, with no warmth. The bathroom ceiling leaked a lot even after someone had supposedly fixed it. The beds are often broken, the A/C doesn’t work properly, and there were no forks, knives, or spoons. Inside and out, the whole hotel looks like a weak three-star place to me, not four stars. In my opinion, it should be rated three stars.

The room was large and clean, with a fabulous view from the window, and the pool was nice. Food choices weren’t very varied, but there was enough for everyone. Grenada Hotel is well placed, not far from the beach or the historic old town of Nessebar. The one small inconvenience was at reception, where you can’t pay by card. They said the device needed repair, but it never got fixed. Even so, the other facilities were enough to make me happy.

The hotel’s location is brilliant, just a two minute walk to the sea and one minute to the main shopping street. It’s also easy to get to other towns, cities, and market places, which are definitely worth visiting. We loved that the hotel serves its own traditional food and drinks, with lots of different options each day. We were completely satisfied with our choice. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff, including waiters, bartenders, and receptionists, were attentive, friendly, smiley, and helpful. I haven’t had service this welcoming in a long time. Absolutely loved it!
