Hotel Karlovo Sunny Beach

Those rules are ridiculous, and I hope nobody checks in here. Reception left their post to kick a child off the playground, which felt petty. It seems the staff have nothing else to do. What harm is there in letting a child play for 20 minutes? If non-guests aren't allowed to use the playground, they could put up a notice or fence it off. Instead, they cynically watched a child cry. That's this hotel's policy, apparently.

We stayed here for the first time for 11 nights and had a lovely time. The place is nice, the staff are all kind, and the pool bar is excellent. The location is great too. I'd highly recommend staying here. Susan and friends Aberdeen 😊

The rooms were spacious and the whole hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly, and by the second day they knew just what I wanted at breakfast or from the bar. I was there for a week and have just got back. It's a short walk to the beach and flower street. Thanks to all the staff for making it a happy holiday. Definitely going back next year.

We spent 11 nights here with friends, and for the price it's a very nice hotel. The location is handy, near the center, beach, bus stop, restaurants, and more. Rooms are spacious, clean, and each has a balcony, a small TV, and a fridge. The bathroom had enough space, with a shower and hairdryer, and there were plenty of sockets, including one in the bathroom, all placed sensibly. Breakfast was good enough for a 3-star place, though it could have had more variety. Dinner was nice, and the staff were kind and did their best. Cleanliness is a big plus here. I'd recommend it.
