The buffet ended up being a highlight for me. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, dinner and tea, with local and international dishes like Banitsa and fish and chips, plus free ice cream. Some breakfasts repeated, but the food was good, and the chef outside made hot meals. I saw complaints about the food in other reviews, but I disagree. If you eat outside, cats may sneak in. We liked the pool best in the morning when it was quieter. Our family room for four was small, though it had a fridge, TV, shower and the essentials. Housekeeping came every day, and the cleaner was lovely. The buffet waiters were quiet but did their jobs well. There wasn't much for kids to do, though there were indoor and outdoor bars serving pop and beer. The location worked well for us, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the beach, with lots to do nearby. The bus stop is close, and a ride for four to Old Nessebar costs 5 lev. The land trains also stop outside and go to the Sunny Beach centre or Old Nessebar. Pirates of the Caribbean water park is nearby, at 70 lev per person, but it's quite small. We preferred Aqua Park Nessebar, which we visited last holiday in 2024. It was good, though my brother broke his glasses and my dad and I fell off a ring during a waterslide ride. There are lots of shops around, and the Irish pub Father Teds served really good food. Watch for all the electric trikes and scooters. Our balcony view wasn't much, mostly other hotels, though you could just about see the sunset. The service was great, and I'd recommend staying here.

We were a group of eight in Bulgaria for a week. The place was tidy and very clean, and the staff were helpful. The all-inclusive buffet was decent, and we also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant on site. There's a good pool and a large bar area outside.

A really enjoyable family holiday and good value. The pool is amazing, the rooms are very clean, and everything is a manageable distance from the bar, restaurant and pool. There's a little playground right beside the hotel, which was great with kids. The food tasted good. A few more snacks between meals and another person at the pool bar would have helped, but we'd happily stay again.

The beach is only a six-minute walk away, and amenities are close by. Food was mostly good, though the same things came around a lot. Our room was fine, but the mattresses weren't comfortable, especially if you have back pain. The room service staff were nice, but our room wasn't cleaned during our two-week stay, which was a problem. Staff in general were pleasant, though most spoke little or no English. Reception could help when needed. It was good enough overall.

The soft mattresses were a real treat, and the rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The location is great, too. The chef is from Turkey, and the Mediterranean food was excellent. Drinks were available all day, and the bartender was generous and friendly. Simply amazing.
