Hotel Iskar & Aquapark - Premium All Inclusive

The biggest drawback for us was meals in the busy season. Lunch and dinner can get crowded, with lots of guests and not enough tables, even though there's some yard space. An extra paved garden area with 10-15 tables would help a lot. One evening we waited around 5-10 minutes with our plates to find a place, which wasn't pleasant. We were a family of four for four nights. The staff were hardworking, polite, and helpful. The cleaners were especially friendly, knocking almost every day to offer fresh towels and garbage removal. Our room was clean and in decent shape, with a working air conditioner, hot water, and appliances that all worked. It had a balcony, cutlery, and plates, though we didn't really need those. We stayed in one of the two smaller buildings, alongside the main 14-floor building. Free parking was a big plus, with a decent-sized lot and most spaces shaded. The reception area was clean and nice, and there was a gaming corner with arcade games, air hockey, table football, and more. Food was decent, especially the sweets, and drinks were okay. The location is the hotel's best feature, close to the beach and right in central Sunny Beach, near shops, the amusement park, restaurants, and other places. The aquapark was also great value for the kids, with working slides and a lifeguard. We had fun, though some guests can get carried away. It was a nice stay for a middle-class family or a couple without high expectations. The all-inclusive food was decent, not a Michelin-level culinary experience, but you'll find something you like.
