Sentido Hotel Neptun Beach - All inclusive

The entertainment team were 10/10. Gaby and Deco from Fun Point made a perfect duo, always chatting with everyone and making me feel welcome. I came for a week and the food and service were out of this world. It was a perfect place to relax. Thanks for everything.

The location is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. I honestly struggled to read the reviews because my stay felt like it was at a completely different place. It was one of the worst holidays I've had. The staff were rude, hygiene was poor, and the food was disgusting. I could say a lot more about what I experienced, but I doubt anyone will take this warning seriously when the hotel is in such a nice location.

Food and drinks were both five stars for me, with a great choice at every meal and something for everyone. This was my first all-inclusive stay, so I hadn't expected that. The hotel is lovely and exceeded what I expected. It’s right across the road from the beach, and guests can use the hotel's own beach sunbeds for free. Check the umbrellas for the hotel name, as the loungers nearest the water belong elsewhere and cost extra. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, close to what you need but still peaceful and comfortable. I especially liked that the hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, which made it easy to spend a relaxing day by the sea. The food was delicious, with plenty of different options for everyone, and the staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it, and would love to return.
