Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & Spa

We went in late September, and it was amazing then. I hear it gets very crowded in high season, so bear that in mind. There was plenty to keep the kids and families entertained, especially the evening shows, which ran every day. The staff were friendly, and the cleaning ladies did a great job. Food was fresh, tasty, and offered in a huge range. There are lots of pools, plus a great beachfront and a beach bar with all-inclusive drinks. A great place for families who just want to relax and switch off.

The pools looked beautiful, though the water was very cold. We had lots of food to choose from, and the bar offered a good range of cocktails and other drinks. Our room was spacious and very clean. The entertainment crew were amazing, and worked together so well as a team.

The Preferred Club Double Deluxe Sea View room was comfortable and kept clean, though the mini bar refills were very hit and miss. The restaurants were great, but they closed one after another as our holiday came to an end. Restaurant staff were attentive, although I wish they smiled more. At reception and Customer Service, everyone was cheerful and friendly. Bobi and his older brother in the entertainment crew kept us busy day and night, and made the holiday for us. We travelled with my husband from 25/9 to 2/100 and had a fantastic time. I’d been apprehensive after reading reviews, but there was no need. 10 out of 10 for this resort.

The hotel is lovely and very big, with friendly staff and different restaurants to choose from. We went in September, when some event seemed to be on. We hadn’t known about it, and the hotel was so busy that we had to look around for places to sit, though we were still looked after. The rooms are lovely and come with tea and coffee.
