I cut myself in the pool. The bathroom was fine, but everything else was disgusting. The plates were wet, the elevator was painfully slow, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the TV had a distorted picture. It was ancient, and the bedsheet was stained. The room was cold and smelled awful. Worse, the front door wouldn't close or lock, so anyone could just push it open and come in. At the restaurant, every plate was wet and dirty. The hallway lights didn't work, several spa rooms were out of order, and the pools were dirty. The electricity went off several times.

We couldn't enjoy either the sauna or the panoramic view the property advertises. The power went out for an hour, and we sat in the dark. I don't think we'll return. Thank you.

The slopes are only a 200-300 meter walk away, and the double room is very spacious. The hotel is good value, with varied, tasty food and friendly waiters. Its spa is great too, with several saunas and a generous-sized pool. One thing to improve: someone should check that the TVs in every room work, remotes included.

I stopped in for a coffee and the hotel seemed nice. The nature around it is amazing. The pool is acceptable, and the small gym has all the equipment you need to keep in shape. I'll try the food next time.
