Merkury99 builds monolithic buildings, not places made for just one vacation, and I haven't seen builders doing it like that. I always recommend their buildings. Butterfly is especially well located, with Paradise Beach only 620 m away.

I had an extremely bad experience living in this building and wouldn't recommend buying or renting here. The common areas are in a critical state, and the flooding is dangerous. Whenever there's heavy rain, water collects at the west entrance and the corner of the building until it's knee-deep, turning the area into a swamp and blocking normal access. You can only get out of the apartment in high rubber boots. This happens because of serious problems with the storm drains and drainage system, along with poor waterproofing.
