The balcony had a wonderful view, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Service was great, the food extremely tasty, and the prices weren't high at all. The rooms are small but clean, and there's a pool too.

The shower pressure was very low, and there was no hot water. They couldn't find a solution, and they don't speak English. Teteven is a nice city, but this hotel was a bad choice, the worst place I've stayed. Breakfast was full of fat.

A complete disaster!

The hosts were good and the rooms clean. The food was OK. The beds were comfortable, though they squeaked.
