The staff were great and always smiling, though they seemed worn out by guests' stupid behavior. The food was good enough to satisfy you, and the rooms were normal but could have been cleaned a little better. Applause for the animation team, the 3 girls. They kept cheering, smiling, and singing, and loved dancing with the kids. There were fun activities all day, then a mini disco for the children at night that turned into a DJ party for everyone.

Our stay felt magical, and we'll be back next year. The hotel was perfect, with good food and very kind, smiley staff. The animation team was so happy and full of energy, with lots of different activities for children and adults. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Greetings from Romania!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Elena in Golden Sands, and the staff created a welcoming atmosphere. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The all-inclusive food was quite good, with options for different tastes. My main issue was the room. It could have been cleaner and better organized, and the ventilation needed improvement. With those things sorted, the stay would have been perfect. Even with these problems, I had a pleasant time.

The animators were the highlight, especially Mimi,Vanessa,Gabi. They were always smiling and so kind. The hotel itself was okay and clean, and the barmans were perfect.
