I didn’t have time for breakfast, so I’ll try that next time. The room was spacious, very clean and in good condition, with a clean bathroom, a big TV with internet and entertainment, and a small fridge. Reception service was very good. It’s a 3-5 minute walk from the central bus station and about five minutes from a huge mall. I also asked for a taxi, and a lady at reception helped me. It arrived in two minutes. The hotel deserves five stars. Thanks for the customer service. :-)

Good value for the money, with a big, hearty breakfast and warm, friendly staff. Grand Varna Mall is only a five-minute walk away. I recommend staying here.

A nice budget place in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are a good size, though the furniture is old and the bed is hard. It’s clean and cozy overall, about 2 km from the center and a five-minute walk from Grand Mall.

At 100 BGN a night, I expected basic cleanliness, but the walls were stained and the room felt worn out. There was a strong moldy smell in the room, and the pillowcases and bed cover smelled unpleasant, as if they hadn’t been changed. I was traveling with a small child, and airing the room didn’t get rid of the odor.
