8/10
It's a small family-run hotel right on the main road by the sea, but road noise is minimal since most windows face the water. The rooms are large, all have AC, and the renovations look recent. Bathrooms were clean, beds weren't sagging, linens were white, and cleaning happened daily. For a two-star place, that's perfectly adequate. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and friendly. The sea is some distance away, though that wasn't a big deal for us, and there's no pool. Pets are allowed, but walking our dog near the hotel was practically impossible, so we had to drive somewhere else. We'd suggest the owners put a coffee machine at reception and sell coffee in the morning instead of offering the instant coffee we got.

The rooms felt cozy, but I wasn't keen on where the hotel is. It's quite far from the beach, which matters if you're visiting for the beach.
