I was only here for a few hours for an event. The staff were nice, and the place looked clean and tidy. There's a spot for children, and the pool looked great with its own kids' area. Behind the hotel there are big trees that provide natural shade.

The workers were great, from the cleaners to the staff serving all-inclusive meals, and the catering was very good. The bar and pool were good too, so for me those services and the food were what made the stay worthwhile. Bulgarian people are very kind, and hopefully the upper management will make improvements. The rooms were far too hot in June 2024, around 30 C to 32 C. The air conditioner barely moved any air, and it was hard to sleep. Light came through the curtains, so the bright sun woke us at 5 AM to 6 AM; they need blinds or proper thick curtains. The carpets need replacing and the hotel needs renovation. It's listed as four-star, but in reality it would be two-star by other or international standards.

For a free eight-day trip with lectures, this hotel was brilliant. I was there for an Erasmus+ project. The food was warm, and staff cleaned the rooms every day. Most employees didn't really speak English, but they were all smiling and willing to help. The conference hall is enormous, and we had a lot of fun there. Looking forward to my next Erasmus+ project. It's a very nice place, though a little expensive. My room had a nice balcony, and some rooms do too. The bedroom and small bathroom were fine, and the water in the pool was clean with good hygiene. The pool isn't very big, but it's nice for children to practice swimming short distances. There's a TV, fridge, and one plug socket in my room didn't work. The restaurant is self-service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
