The good part was the location: Lidel is across the street, and Dentaprime is less than six minutes away. I was there because of Dentaprime, which paid for my flight and hotel. Vihren was friendly and spoke German, though he kept saying how happy his other clients were with him, and made it clear checkout tips were welcome. The pool is clean, but shared with three other hotels. The hotel lists air conditioning, but I didn't see any. Breakfast was included, though it was only warm if you came very early, around 08AM. The rooms are vintage, but poor quality. In the first room, the toilet stopped flushing on day two, so I moved. The WiFi in the next room wasn't usable, a power socket came out of the wall when I pulled the plug, and the fridge was broken too. The staff were extremely unfriendly and couldn't explain the invoice. Dentaprime pays them a lot, but the service doesn't match. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, two stars at most. Dentaprime arranged a much better hotel, Primorski, for the rest of the time, with top quality rooms, three stars, and only 3 years old. Kristel, never again. I'd even recommend Dentaprime drop its partnership.

The pool and outdoor area are nice, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is about 6-8 minutes on foot from Dentaprime if you're a patient there, and 10 minutes from "The Bay," the best beach in the area up to 10km, with a nice beach, cool bar, and delicious restaurant. The rooms need some restoration. For example, loose power sockets are a bit dangerous. Breakfast is quite poor, and after a week I was glad to be able to eat more varied food at home again. With a bit of goodwill, I'd call this a 4-star place.

The staff are super nice and speak several languages, which is really helpful. Breakfast tastes absolutely fine, though a wider choice would be good. I like the Victorian style of the rooms, but some of the equipment could use a bit of maintenance. The location is good, although it's near a busy street. You only hear it when the windows or balcony are open, and it isn't too disturbing. I'd recommend the hotel if you're happy with simplicity and want to enjoy the city or beach, rather than looking for extravagant luxury or a 5-star breakfast.

The place grows on you, somehow, and breakfast is okay. It's inexpensive and rustic, with comfortable beds and friendly staff, no frills, and it's next door to Aldi and the bus station. There's a fridge, but no water cooker or safe. You might share the room with the odd brown marmorated stink bug, and it can be a little musty. In the shower, you have to dodge the hot water when someone flushes. Would I go back? Yes.

The atmosphere is really nice, with stylish interiors, very comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location is excellent, and breakfast is good. There's service 24/7. I'll definitely come back!
