The pool was clean, not too cold, and had plenty of loungers. Wi-Fi worked pretty well outside, though not in our apartment; maybe it works in others. There were lovely fresh figs on the tree in season, but only take what you'll eat since residents share it. The place was very quiet because of Covid, but you could hear the sea from the pool. Other residents and the caretakers were friendly. We rented through Airbnb. The apartment was just ok, "not the best," but acceptable for Bulgaria and the price. It's around a ten-minute walk to the south end of Golden Sands. Coming back takes about 15 minutes because there's a hill, including roughly 100m at a steep incline. If you time the walk for cooler hours, it should be fine. I carry some extra kilos and managed after the second or third day.

Sea village's apartment is a five-minute walk from Bulgaria's famous long white-sand beach, the biggest in the country, in Varna city. There's also a forested mountain nearby where you can relax during the day.

Set in a garden, the building has comfortable rooms and a pool. There's also an elevator and a barbecue area with a gazebo. The beach and city bus stop are close by, and there's a grocery store nearby.
